Monica Crawford has got to be the hardest working Real Estate agent in the industry.   We had several set-backs that were out of our control, and Monica was always on top of things, sometimes even before we discovered there was an issue.   Although I thought I had a good understanding of the finance process, she went above and beyond and engaged our Loan Officer to keep everything moving.  Monica recommended an insurance agent who saved us a substantial amount of money, and she worked directly with them as well.    On top of all this, while she took just a couple days off to have a baby (it actually seemed like it was two days), Jennifer Orns stepped right in and never skipped a beat.    I can not stress how appreciative we are of the time, effort, and professionalism of Orns & Associates.   10 out of 10.
