Monica and her team sold our Beach Condo in St. Pete Beach. We were extremely happy with Monica as our realtor. She was very professional, prompt, courteous, knowledge and approachable. She and her team had multiple open house events and showings. She communicated updates and feedback with us after each showing. She also worked with the buyers agent to accommodate the needs of the buyers in regards to getting them approved with the HOA and assisted with acquiring necessary documents to help with bank loan approval.
