Monica was probably the only reason I finally closed on my home! There were multiple setbacks with the sellers, the lending company, and even my loan officer... If Monica wasn't so organized and such a great manager, I'm sure I would not have had a successful escrow.
            I needed lots of explanation and assistance as a first time buyer and Monica made it easy.
