I was informed that my rent was going up by $200/mo.  I decided to buy instead of rent but was worried because I only had 2 months to find a place and close.  Monica was referred to me by a co-worker.  She was amazing!  She found me a house within 2 weeks and was able to close within 6 weeks!  She didn't push me into a house.  She made sure that I was happy with my selection.  When negotiating, I wanted to try for a price a little lower and she said, "Let's give it a try".  And it worked out!  She knows the area, the market, inspectors, and tradesman.  I can't say enough great things about her!  Thank you Monica!!!
