We recently worked with Monica Crawford to purchase our new home in St. Petersburg, FL and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had moved from Atlanta and sold our home there, so this was our second home purchase. We were moving into a market that we were unfamiliar with, so it was great to have her expertise to help guide us. She was completely on top of her game and followed up with everything  I needed more information on very quickly. She was responsive to my emails and flexible with my appointment times.
           
            We were definitely buying in a seller's market so the process was getting a little frustrating for us because of several houses we lost (because of our set price and not by any means because of Monica) but she was patient and reassuring through it all. As mentioned, this was our 2nd purchase, and I've worked in the mortgage industry for several years so we are familiar with the process but despite this, there were still plenty of questions and situations that I needed Monica's wealth of knowledge for. It was wonderful to have such a great resource during such a stressful process. We finally found the perfect house for us and have been enjoying it ever since. I highly recommend Monica, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her.
