Monica Crawford was our realtor and she was fabulous. We were out of state clients and she worked all showings around our very difficult schedule. She quickly figured out exactly what we were looking for and narrowed down our search to just those homes she knew would be perfect for us.  We made several visits to the St. Petersburg area before finding the home we purchased.  We signed one contract which did not work out for us and once we cancelled that contract she got right back on track to help us find another home. During the entire process she kept us updated on everything that was happening.  She worked very closely with our loan company to get our loan closed timely.   When it came close to closing we were going on a cruise and had to close before leaving.  It was due to her prompt attention and communication with our loan company and the title company that we were able to close the loan the day before we left.  We were not able to be there for closing and she handled everything for us from the final walk through with me via face time to the signing of the final paperwork.  We were not an easy client due to several problems we had with the loan company getting things done timely and she was right there to help us through all the aches and pains. She even helped us with finding an insurance agent, pool person, landscape person etc.  She was great to work with and we will definitely send any of our friends or family looking to buy or sell in the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area to her.
