Monica was absolutely amazing.  Our daughter is a first time home buyer and new to the St. Petersburg area.  She really took the time to understand what she wanted and to find safe areas for her to look.  She is very knowledgeable and professional but personable and caring at the same time.   She was very responsive and kept us informed through the entire process.  We will likely be heading down here soon as well and we will definitely be calling Monica again.
