We used Monica Crawford to help guide us through the process as we were out of town.  Monica did a good job finding properties and we did purchase one we liked.    Being from out of town we pinged Monica with a lot of questions and she was really great at getting back to us.  She worked hard with the seller's agent too so that the transition was smooth.
