If there were more stars I would check them all off. Monica is absolutely fabulous. So professional, and at the same time, making us feel so comfortable with selling our house. She was available no matter how stupid our questions were. There were times we both, as the sellers, were very anxious
about making this decision to sell our home of 38 years.
Your agency is so lucky have her. She should be recognized for all her hard work. She worked so hard for us with open houses and etc, while being a wonderful mother to her son and husband. Very down to earth, but a little bull dog when she needed to be.
When it’s time to look for another home, we will be calling Monica to get the job done. I have already given her name to several friends that will be selling their homes In the future.
We are so thankful that we got her to do this job for us. It has been a very emotional time, and still is, but Monica kept us sane.
