Monica Crawford was our agent.  There was no one thing that sold us on Monica; it was the whole package.  She is the ultimate professional.  She is knowledgeable in her area of expertise, confident in her abilities and calm and quick on her feet in dealing with unexpected issues and we had a few, not insignificant ones.  She was always responsive, whether by phone, text or email.  If she wasn't available herself to handle something (which was rare), one of her team stepped in seamlessly.
