The Crawford team was wonderful to work with; they were extremely helpful, responsive, and a strong advocate during negotiations. We worked with Annie, and her understanding of the purchasing process was outstanding! We were one of those clients that had a few must-haves that can be in short supply in the area and our price point (two stall garage, fenced back yard, closet space) so we ended up looking at quite a few homes before finding the perfect one for us. Each time Annie was cheerful and always willing to show. We had a short closing period, and she took care of everything, while keeping us up to date. The whole process was very smooth from our perspective. All of her recommended third party vendors were fantastic as well (mortgage lender, inspector, electrician, etc.).
