Monica did a fabulous job as our realtor. She had very specific recommendations for how to best present our house. She was very responsive and moved the selling process along quickly. She had her photographer (who did a fantastic job) complete the photos, she listed the house, and held an open house immediately after we were ready to sell. She was in constant communication with us so we always knew exactly what was happening. She generated a lot of activity with plenty of showings, and our house sold quickly for our asking price.
